Two nights in Volcanoes National Park. The trip starts from Kigali International Airport to Volcanoes National Park.

Day 1: Kigali Airport – Transfer to Volcanoes National Park

Leave Kigali city and transfer to Volcanoes National Park (home of mountain Gorillas). The 2hrs drive from Kigali rewards the views of Virunga ranges and drive through the rolling hills of Rwanda. Have Lunch, relax, and wait for dinner and overnight at Mountain Gorilla Lodge, Le Bambo Gorilla Lodge, or Da Vinci Lodge Rwanda.

Day 2: Gorilla Trekking – afternoon visit the Twin Lake

After breakfast, report to the park headquarters for 30 30-minute briefing. Thereafter, join groups of trekkers, and walk into the jungle to meet gorillas in their natural environment.

The trek takes between 4-6hrs or a full day depending on the movement of the mountain Gorillas in their natural habitat. After the trek, return to the safari Lodge for lunch and then visit the beautiful twin Lake; Burera and Ruhondo. Dinner and overnight at Mountain Gorilla Lodge, Le Bambo Gorilla Lodge, or Da Vinci Lodge Rwanda.

Day 3: Return to Kigali Airport – Departure

After breakfast, drive at leisure back to Kigali Airport for your departure flight.
